What neighborhoods are walkable to Palisades Village?

August 7, 2026

The neighborhoods most commonly considered walkable to Palisades Village include the Huntington, Alphabet Streets, Via Bluffs, and El Medio Bluffs.

Each of these areas offers a different version of walkability depending on where you are within the neighborhood, but all provide relatively direct access to the Village for dining, shopping, schools, and daily errands. The Alphabet Streets, where I live, are especially known for their strong pedestrian access and are one of the most consistently walkable pockets in Pacific Palisades. I rely on that walkability regularly, which is part of what makes this area so desirable for many buyers.

The Huntington offers a quieter residential feel while still maintaining reasonable proximity to the Village, while the Via Bluffs and El Medio Bluffs provide more elevated settings with varying walk routes depending on the specific street and topography.

On OurPacificPalisades.com, I’ve organized these neighborhoods separately so buyers and homeowners can easily explore each area, understand the differences in walkability, and compare lifestyle nuances side by side.
