Marquez Knolls

Marquez Knolls is a desirable neighborhood located in the hills of Pacific Palisades, just south of The Highlands and north of the Village. Many love this area due to its close proximity to the beach, easy access to PCH or Palisades Village, and convenience to Palisades High School and Marquez Elementary School. Homes in this neighborhood ranged from the low $2 million for a fixer or teardown to substantial listings exceeding $20 million, with most homes falling in the $3Million to $5Million range. Unfortunately, more than 70% of the homes in the area were burned in the fire. The lots are selling from just above $1Million for smaller lots without views to around $3M for lots with commanding ocean and/or city views. If views are a priority, this is a great neighborhood to consider.
