The most prestigious and most expensive location in the Palisades, also home to the Riviera Country Club. Larger estate properties make up both the upper and lower Riviera, allowing for greater privacy. The Riviera location provides easy access to shopping districts in Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Palisades Village, offering a multitude of options, which is particularly desirable during the Palisades rebuild. This celebrity-filled enclave has prices that range from $6M to over $70M. Only 19 homes in the Upper Riviera were lost to fire, and no homes were lost in the Lower Riviera, making this the least impacted community in the Palisades.
