One of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Palisades, with wide streets, walkable sidewalks, and proximity to the Village. Most properties range from $5M to $15M with occasional outliers above that with ocean views. Home styles in the neighborhood are almost exclusively Traditional style or Spanish style, whether brand new or one of the original builds. More than 60% of the homes in this neighborhood survived the fire, making it one of the least impacted areas of the Palisades. Burned lots start in the $3Ms and go up from there, with most selling in the $4Ms.
