The El Medio Bluffs is a beautiful bluff-side neighborhood west of the Via Bluffs and just on the other side of Temescal Canyon Road. Beautiful sunsets and coastal breezes make this neighborhood a prime choice. Most lots range in size from 5,700 to 8,000 square feet. Home prices start from the low 2Ms for small homes or teardowns and into the mid 7Ms for the largest new homes.
